He never take responsibility for when the hotel is wrong, he will flip the script and blame you for their shortcomings and he always going to blame the customer when it's their fault. It's difficult to make a complaint to the hotel manager when a manager is the director of the hotel Fred a*^hole. I've never stayed at a Hotel yet, so I can't leave a review. But, if you're looking for food choices GreekTown Casino is easily the best of the 3. Whereas Vegas Casinos you're more there for the fun of it all, and Dealers understand that more. Again, it's not a Vegas Level experience, gamblers are there to gamble, and there's more sincere 'Work' if you know what I'm trying to say. Staff has been always overall nice to me. I'm a Craps Player, and again it's a casino, and Dealers there have been good and efficient. Since Covid unfortunately casinos in Detroit have learned $25-50 Minimums won't scare you away. But, again, it's been fun every time I go win or lose.
It's not Vegas Level entertainment, and the Dealers aren't as 'Friendly' you could say. Not with Dealers, not with Pit Bosses, nothing. I have to say with the bad reviews I've read, I've never ever had a problem.
