Fortunately/unfortunately she was so exhausted that she was too tired to be fully aware of what happened. We were then told that it could take over an hour to see if another room was available. We arrived late that evening, and the room was on the 24th floor. They promised me that they had addressed it, and pre-assigned the room. Next, when I booked (over a month in advance) I had explained to them that my daughter has ADA identified special needs and requires a room below the 10th floor. The first disrespect was finding out that booking through the event code provided would have cost me an extra $800 on the room with zero added amenities, luckily I caught it in time. I booked rooms for my daughter and her boyfriend to stay here while they attend the convention in Las Vegas.
